4. Delivery & Fulfilment

• Express orders: Delivered within 2 hours (when available)

• Scheduled or personalized orders: 1–5 business days

• Third-party/vendor items: Subject to their own delivery terms

Kiffta is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, incorrect address info, or courier disruptions.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of many of our gifts, refunds or exchanges are only available on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Vendors and creators selling on Kiffta must ensure all listed products meet quality, safety, and originality standards. Kiffta reserves the right to delist any products or terminate vendor agreements at its discretion.
